Bendik assists clients mainly within the industries of technology, industrial and consumer & retail with Executive Search, professional search, and management assessments. He has built up solid expertise and experience in carrying out assignments for both owners, boards, and managers in large and medium-sized companies. He is an experienced facilitator of business and organisational processes and a confident strategic advisor at management and board level, as well as to international PE firms.
Bendik has previous international experience from Ireland and the UK respectively for both IBM and Bloomberg LP, where he worked with consultancy, strategy, and sales.
Bendik has an MBA from Hult International Business School in Boston, USA. Before this, he took a bachelor's degree in finance at BI Norwegian Business School.

Vegard is a civil engineer. He works for managers, boards and owners in several different industries, and carries out both executive search, professional search and management assessments for mainly large and medium-sized companies.
Vegard previously had several years' experience as a consultant at PwC, where he worked with large Norwegian companies in both the public and private sectors. With his technical background and practical experience, Vegard thrives at the interface between business and technology. He is able to familiarize himself with complex issues and communicate effectively with various business areas and disciplines.

Terje assists clients within in industrial, retail and technology with both executive search, professional search, and management assessments. Terje is currently an adviser to several large Norwegian companies, and their owners, boards, and managers.
Terje previously has extensive management experience both as HR manager and sales director in a former leading Norwegian store chain, where he gained broad expertise and management experience. He joined PU in 2000 as a senior advisor and was general manager between 2007 and 2019.

Hanne Wiik is education within administration. She has previous experience from companies like Ross Offshore, ABB, Norcontrol and Block Watne where she carried different office administration task. We were lucky to get her onboard back in 2005 and she is one our longest-serving employees through history. Whether you are a candidate or client she will be one of the first smiling faces you see in our office in Tønsberg.
Bjørn established PU back in 1985. He has a social science degree from University of Oslo and University of Bergen, in addition to his business degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
In his early professional career, from 1980 to 1985, he worked with search and selection as a consultant with Mercuri Urval. In the same period, he lectured at BI in administration and management.
He has also been politically active, among others as a member of the County Council in Vestfold from 1975 - 1983, and served as member of a numerous county boards, councils, and committees. He is currently a board member and chairman of several different companies.

Thomas has been a Partner in both KPMG and PwC. He has a strong focus and interest in management and organisational development, including the composition of management groups and the recruitment of senior staff.
He has held various management roles in PwC and KPMG at national level. Thomas is currently chairman of several Norwegian companies within property, international industry, transport, and HR.
In addition to a professional focus on economics, finance, and investments, he has also been central to the development of new service areas with an emphasis on strategy and competence building.
